Broken car fuse makes electrical equipment on the car inoperable. Need to repair and replace it quickly.
1. Prepare tools
2. Steps to be taken
- Step 1: When you have this problem, stop the car and check it, usually the car fuse box will be under the bonnet or right of the steering wheel just below the dashboard.
- Step 2: Find and check your car fuse system for broken fuses that need replacement. Note the broken fuses will have burned and melted core.
- Step 3: Gently pull out the broken fuse using the long-nose forceps.
- Step 4: Replace the fuse back to the damaged fuse in the removed vehicle. Note that the replacement fuse must have the same rating as the damaged fuse that has just been removed. That way the vehicle electrical systems can work back to normal.
